You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing use of the WebToApp and deleting all copies of the WebToApp Template in your possession or control. In the event of the termination of this Agreement for any reason: (a) the license granted to you in these terms will terminate; and (b) you must immediately cease all use of WebToApp and destroy or erase all copies, full or partial, of the WebToApp Template in your possession or control.
Assignment
The Neurondigital is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
